The Rising Star Officials Basic Camp is intended for the beginning or intermediate High School official. The focus is on learning three person officiating, with emphasis on high school mechanics.
The Rising Star Officials Basic Camp provides officials wishing to advance in the High School game proper three person mechanics by using the principal of “right position” at the “right time” equals the “right call”.
Experienced OHSAA Tournament officials along with retired officials will assist you on the floor and in the classroom with these principals.
League assigners from throughout the state will be present at the Camp.
All Camp attendees receive an OHSAA meeting credit.
